ConferenceAxis does not add a per-attendee platform charge or take a percentage platform fee from ticket sales. Card processing fees are paid to your payment processor and are separate from the prices above.
Badge printers, badge stock and other event supplies are your event’s costs. Optional assisted setup and event-week coverage do not have published packages yet; they are not included in the plan calculator. We are not taking payment through this marketing site.

Are prices per event or per attendee?
Prices are per event: Starter is $2,500 for up to 250 attendees and Professional is $5,000 for up to 750 attendees. There is no additional per-attendee platform fee. Prices are in US dollars.
Do company registrations or paid workshops require Professional?
No. Company group registration, paid workshops and the other core features are included in both Starter and Professional. The plan is determined by attendee count.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Card processing fees are paid to your payment processor and are separate from the ConferenceAxis platform price. Badge printers, badge stock and other event supplies are also separate.
Can we purchase a plan on this website now?
This is the ConferenceAxis teaser site. You can request launch updates or tell us about your event. Plan checkout and public demo videos are not available here yet.
