AgendaGuard · Built-in schedule protection
A valid schedule.
For every attendee.
Keep session choices matched to the days each person bought, with no overlaps—even when one company registers the whole team.

Protect the schedule before checkout
A conference pass is only the beginning.
A multi-day training event is more than a ticket sale. Each attendee needs a schedule that fits their pass, their workshop choices and the time available in the day.
Without those connections, a Tuesday-only attendee can end up in a Wednesday workshop. An all-day class can overlap a morning session. A company order can hide a different problem for every person on it. AgendaGuard checks those choices during registration and shows what needs to change.
Three checks that belong together
The right day. The right time.
The right person.
Only the days they bought.
A pass can cover selected days of your event. Session and workshop choices are checked against those exact days, so a one-day registration cannot carry choices for another day into checkout.
No impossible agendas.
AgendaGuard checks start and end times across sessions and workshops. It catches partial overlaps as well as an all-day workshop that would conflict with a morning or afternoon session.
One order. Individual rules.
A company representative can book several people on one invoice. Each person keeps their own purchased days and agenda. A conflict for one attendee does not block a colleague from making a valid selection.
Explain the problem. Show the next step.
A useful correction,
right where it matters.
“Something went wrong” leaves people guessing. A scheduling message should tell an attendee which day is missing or which session overlaps, so they can make an informed change.
The example above shows a wrong-day selection with a “View Wednesday” action. The attendee can review that day’s program and decide what to change before completing registration.
- 1Choose a session or workshop.
The selection belongs to a specific attendee.
- 2Check the day and time.
Compare it with that person’s pass and agenda.
- 3Explain any conflict.
Show the reason while the attendee can still fix it.

Company registration
Register a team without treating everyone the same.
An employer may send two engineers for different days, with different workshops. The purchaser needs one invoice; the attendees need separate schedules. ConferenceAxis keeps both needs connected.
If a day is removed from a person’s registration, the choices for that day are cleared for that attendee. Their colleague’s agenda stays separate.
The same rules at the event
Keep walk-in registrations on track, too.
Late registrations still need a valid agenda. Staff registering a walk-in use the same day and overlap checks, alongside the event’s workshop seat limits. Arrival-desk decisions stay connected to the registration record.
AgendaGuard handles schedule validity. Workshop capacity and waitlists handle limited seats. Continuing-education records then follow verified attendance, rather than assuming a purchased seat earns credit.
A few practical questions
What organizers want to know.
Does an all-day workshop block overlapping sessions?
Yes. The check uses the workshop’s start and end times, so it can catch a morning or afternoon session that overlaps part of the workshop.
Can colleagues on the same order attend different days?
Yes. Each attendee has their own purchased days and agenda, even when a company representative places the order and receives one invoice.
Does choosing a session award continuing-education credit?
No. Registration and schedule choices are separate from verified attendance. Staff review attendance before issuing certificates, unless the organizer enables its auto-verification option.
